Our New Home

I was going to wait to share these pictures until we got the walls painted, but after taking three days to paint the bathroom and the loft on my own (while watching the kids), I have decided that I will just wait for the crew to come and paint the rest (which will be in about a month to a month and a half)!!!  So, I will share the pictures of our new home right now, but keep in mind that the light brown walls will be a light Beige color (Dusty Beige is the actual color) and the deep maroon color with be Dark Brown (Derby Brown is the name)!  We feel that the new colors will go great with our picture frames and decorations!!!  Well, on to the tour of our new place!!!

This is the front door...

 ...but as you can see it is kiddy corner!  We use it as the front door because it opens up to the hard floor and is easier to clean up after our dirty shoes step into the house than it would be to clean if we used the other door that opens to carpet!!!  Doesn't my Fall Wreath go perfect with our house?!!!

 The above wall will be the Derby Brown color (someday soon we hope)!!!  This is the front of our living room and straight back from the Patio Doors (right behind me)  is a door to the laundry room!

 This is where our front door comes into!!!  We have decided to turn our table the other way, which provides more room for us when we come into our house!  Also, this picture was taken before we picked up our last load of stuff and moved it out here, so my dining room is now completely covered with boxes and stuff waiting to go up into the loft for storage!!!  That is why I decided to paint the loft myself!!!  There is just something about wanting to be able to use my dining table to eat at instead of having the boys sit on the floor to eat!!!

My flowers are on the ledge of the loft area!!!

This is the hallway back to the bedrooms!  The open door leads to our bedroom and to the right (right next to our bedroom) is the boys room!  If you walk past the ladder and turn right, there is the bathroom!  You can see my dryer sitting in the living room as, we were waiting for the parts to come to put it on top of the washer in the laundry room which is just to the left of the edge of the picture!  I'm sorry that I don't have pictures of our rooms, but they are coming soon!!!
