For Labor Day, we invited my sister up to go Huckleberry picking with us! We spent about three hours picking and got about 6 gallons total! I'm sure we would have had more, but the boys kept eating them! Okay, so maybe the rest of us are a little guilty for eating some too! They are just too good to resist! Since picking them, we have enjoyed huckleberries in our pancakes and in a smoothie! I can't wait to make some kind of pie or homemade ice cream with them!
