It was the most perfect day in Soda! The clouds were over the sun which provided the best shade ever! It even sprinkled on us just a tiny bit! We enjoyed the booths and games at the park, but not for too long because there were way too many people and the sun came out and made it hot and muggy! After we left the park, we enjoyed a delicious lunch with some friends! I then went to a baby shower for my (adopted sister Christie) while Ammon and Gideon went shooting with Ammon's cousins! We then enjoyed a bowl of cereal for dinner (which was perfect)! The boys couldn't believe that we were having cereal for dinner, but I was just way too tired and sick to make dinner! We then went and enjoyed the fireworks! Gideon was so tired that he saw only the first two fireworks and then fell asleep! Jeremiah couldn't get enough of the fireworks! He jumped up and down and pointed and said, "OOOOO" each time a firework went off!
That weekend was perfect but very busy as we had family over for a week before the 4th, then went to Provo for a baptism on Saturday, a baby blessing on Sunday, and then home! It was a very fun week and weekend, but by the end, I think my body and the baby were saying "slow it down!" That is why it has taken me so long to post!
