Well here is the story on how Jeremiah Seth came into this world! On Nov. 8th, my water broke and the midwife admitted me to the hospital and put me on bed rest. They wanted me to not go into labor until I was at least 36 weeks along. At the time I was only 34 weeks and a few days along. This was extremely hard, because Ammon still had to go to class and work and we didn't know what to do with Gideon. Luckily, our good friends took care of Gideon for us until my mom and dad could come up! Because of the H1N1 flu, the hospital changed their visitor policy which said the little children could not come to the hospital to visit! This caused great hardship on Gideon and me! Through out the entire time I was in the hospital I only got to see Gideon twice! They allowed me to go down the the cafeteria in a wheelchair to see Gideon for about 30 min. Gideon was so happy to see me and had to tell me everything! He loved that I was in a wheelchair! After he went home, he would not stop talking about, "Mama in Bike!" He even tried to get Granny to drive him to the hospital to see, "Mama in Bike!" Well, anyways....I finally made it to 36 weeks and they induced me at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19th! At 4:33 p.m. Jeremiah Seth was born! He had to go to the NICU for a few hours just because it was the Hospitals protocol for early babies. He passed all of the tests that they did on him and he was able to finally join me in my room at 9:30 p.m. He weighed in at 5 lbs 9 oz and measured to be 18 inches exactly! He looks just like his daddy, including the RED HAIR!!!! He is just such a CUTE little boy!!!! We both did wonderful at the hospital for the first 24 hours after his delivery, that they said we could come home! Jeremiah first had to have a poopy diaper and didn't have that until 9:00 p.m. on Friday night, so we came home pretty late Friday night, but we were finally home! Gideon was already asleep, but he sure enjoyed the surprise in the morning! He has adjusted well to having Jeremiah here at home! Gideon always wants to hold him, and is always giving him kisses and hugs! I am so happy! I am so grateful that my Heavenly Father has blessed me with two, beautiful, healthy boys! My heart is so full of love!!!! Jeremiah and I are doing very well and we are enjoying being home at last!!!
