Camping at Island Park

We had a little family reunion with the Dooley Family at my uncle's cabin in Island Park!  Here are some amazing pictures taken at "The Look Out!"  Seeing the beautiful creations that we are blessed with, really makes me want to learn how to paint!!!

Gideon is sure a great photographer!  This one of Aunt Danelle is one of many that he has taken!!!

We had so much fun camping!  The boys really liked seeing the three BIG Moose that were just down the path from our camp!!!  Unfortunately, Mommy was feeding baby Malachi and Daddy forgot to take the camera! :o(

Swings

At my uncles cabin, there are two tire swings and a baby swing!  The kids filled up their time in the fun swings!!!

Dirty Little Boys

The dog in the back belongs to my Aunt, but it was Jeremiah's new favorite friend!!!  The poor dog got tired of Jeremiah playing with him and would climb upon my Aunt's lap to get away from Jeremiah!!!  Need I say that he wishes we had a dog!

You can't really tell how dirty my boys are in the pictures, but it was great to see that their faces and hands were so dirty that when they were eating their s'mores and treats, the food was covered in dirt!!!  I was surprised that they didn't mind being dirty and eating dirt, because at home they are constantly asking for a napkin and have to get up and wash their hands if anything gets on them!!!

Big Springs and Johnny Sack Cabin

I'm sorry that I didn't get any pictures of the Cabin (I guess there is an excuse to go back), but this cabin and everything inside of it was built from the wood from the trees surrounding the cabin!  The man that built this two story cabin was only 4'11," I believe!!!  It was completely amazing to see!!!

A Few Rare Moments of Quiet Time

A camping trip is never complete without forgetting something!  Unfortunately, this time it was the crib!  Don't you like our makeshift crib for our baby?!  I'm so glad that he doesn't move around too much right now and that he doesn't like to be on his tummy and roll over while he is sleeping!!!

Mesa Falls

On our way back home from Island Park, we stopped by Mesa Falls for a little hike and picnic lunch!!!

I absolutely love this picture!  I wish that I could paint something this beautiful!!!

As you can tell, someone was ready for a nap by this time!!!

Happy Brothers!!!

Toys

Malachi has discovered toys!!!  He just loves to sit up and play with anything he can get his hands on!!!

He has also learned to scoot forward on his bottom and prefers to do this to get around instead of crawling!!!

Hats

Malachi loves to wear hats!!!

Lately, he changed styles!!!

Apparently with two older brothers, he thought that he needed something more protective!!!

Learning New Things

I don't know if you can really tell in the pictures, but the red rash on Malachi's chin, arms, and tummy is apparently cradle cap!  I didn't know that you could get cradle cap anywhere on the body!  Poor Malachi has very sensitive skin and we are now having to put Eucerin Cream all over twice a day and use Cetaphil Cleanser to bathe him and use a Hydrocortisone Cream on the reddened areas!!!  Poor baby was in so much pain, but even though he was scratching and hurt, he smiled most of the time!!!
